Antonio has more than 26 years of extensive experience in design drafting for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire (MEPF) Building Services. Have worked on high rise buildings, Retail (shopping Mall), Hotels, airports, schools, hospitals, Mining operations, rail operations, stadiums, as well as commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
Has an excellent knowledge and hands-on using Microstation v8i, Revit MEP, AUTOCAD MEP, Navisworks and AUTOCAD; shop drawings, As-built drawings, Detailed Drawings; excellent in setting up CAD standard using Tool Palettes and Toolbars in AutoCAD as well as making families in Revit MEP; excellent knowledge using Sheet Set Manager in AutoCAD; developing toolbars and scripts to help the CAD users to work in an-easy CAD environment.
Committed to work proactively in achieving company goals. Has the initiative to extend extra miles to work and support the team.
Has proven technical skills and abilities and apply the same with positive behaviour to achieve quality and accurate results.
Has a high degree of competency with the CAD/ BIM work and consistently shown energy, enthusiasm and drive to complete the tasks/deadlines set out by Engineers & the Clients.

Analyn has 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management particularly in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relation, Performance Management and general administration/ coordination from which had given her the opportunity to deliver excellent work, customer service, communication skills, administration skills, employee support & assistance.
Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills to work at all levels. A very good team player. Honest and reliable.
Part of her role in managing the company alongside with Antonio, is building relationship with customers, clients and other stakeholders.
She had gained qualification in Certificate IV - Human Resources (Nationally Recognised) at New Horizons Learning Centre –Perth. This qualification enhance her knowledge and understanding with the Australian Legislation requirements and regulations, both for employer and employee.
